As a mom, wife, and full-time employee I struggled in the area of self-care; partnering with Melanie was a big commitment to taking care of myself. Coming into the program I felt that I had knowledge of what I needed to do to increase my health, but I needed someone to walk the path with me and help keep me accountable to myself. Melanie assisted me in writing my goals and helped me keep my focus on them. I also learned more about food, activities, and therapies that I could try to help me reach my goals. I was suffering with chronic yeast infections and doctors were no longer helpful. With Melanie’s support I was able to make the decision and follow through on removing sugar and other triggering foods from my diet for a month while taking supplements to allow my body to heal and stabilize healthy yeast levels. It worked! I really enjoyed our meetings and the regular reminders to take care of myself. I was super impressed with the summaries that Melanie emailed after each meeting. I gained a more positive outlook on life and am so grateful for Melanie and the opportunity to partner with her. Christine

I definitely would recommend this program! We all need help and support when we try to change things in our lives. Change is always easier  when we have a professional to guide us, someone who can keep us accountable and  someone who can answer our questions. I now exercise most days during the week and I love it! I have loads of new recipes that I love! I eat so much healthier and many of my physical problems have either been resolved or have at least changed significantly for the better.
